Assembling the order
We encourage you to submit your cards in a manner that prioritizes their protection. We recommend placing them in a poly sleeve and then in a ridgid-style toploader. This approach will help ensure they are safeguarded during transit to our facility.
Sending your package
Pack your cards securely with your submission form. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during the shipping to us. It is your responsibility to keep track of your tracking number. We do NOT notify you when we receive your package, unless there is an issue with your submission or items once received. We do send you tracking for all items that we provide shipping for once your order is ready to ship back to you.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the initial shipping costs to our facility. Upon receipt of your order, we will process the payment using the card provided and initiate the slabbing process. Once your order is completed, a member of our team will reach out to provide an invoice for the return shipping.
